  Phil was born and raised in Colorado Springs and has remained here throughout his adult life; you could not pick a better place to live.   He has had  a varied professional life working at Pepsi, Daniels Chevrolet and also at The Consignment Gallery which he opened in 1991 and operated until its sale in 2001  .  After the sale of The Consignment Gallery Phil received his Real Estate Broker Associate license and has been selling real estate for 7 years.
